'Evolution' London.....

Swinton House is located on the corner of Gray’s Inn Road and Swinton Street in the heart of London City. The existing building comprises of two interconnecting offices providing 4362 sq.m of accomodation arranged over 8 floors, of which which Starboard Hotels propose to convert into a new flagship hotel for their new 'Evolution' brand, aimed at the youth, tour group, family market and independant travellers.

As the appointed Interior Architect for the project I produced interior design concepts for the reception, restaurant + bar areas.
